Dormie Network Joins LPGA Family as Official Marketing Partner
The private destination golf club network embraces the opportunity to "support girls and women, to grow the game"
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., June 6, 2019 – The Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) announced today that Dormie Network, a national network of private destination golf clubs, has been named an Official Marketing Partner and will help the LPGA in its efforts to grow the game.
Dormie Network will support various LPGA programs, including LPGA*USGA Girls Golf, by adding new sites at their facilities; the LPGA Women's Network, through unique content creation and as a Founding Partner; and the LPGA Amateur Golf Association and the LPGA's Teaching and Club Professionals (T&CP), by hosting various events in the future.
"We are excited to welcome Dormie Network to the LPGA family," said the LPGA's Chief Sales Officer Kelly Hyne. "Their first-class facilities, level of customer service and overall commitment to the game of golf for ALL players is exceptional. We look forward to telling their story and helping grow their network."
"At its core, golf is much more than a sport," said Dormie Network President Zach Peed. "It establishes leadership, community, stewardship, discipline, peer support, inclusion, and character - values that the LPGA is working every day to advance. We are humbled and honored to have the opportunity to work with such a talented team to improve our facilities, to support girls and women, to grow the game, and to make an impact."
Founded in 2016, Dormie Network has quickly grown to become a national network of six high-end destination golf clubs. Substantial renovation projects are currently underway or in the planning stages at several of those facilities, and this week there was a grand re-opening of a state-of-the-art clubhouse, on-course comfort station, and six additional cottages at ArborLinks in Nebraska City, Nebraska.
In addition, the LPGA and Dormie Network will work collaboratively to help advise on facility modifications that meet and exceed the expectations of female members and guests.
