MONDAY ON FS1:  Duke vs. Barrett, Rash vs. Sherman in Final PBA Playoffs Round of 16 Matches at 9 p.m. ET

PORTLAND, Maine (May 10, 2019) – The race for the $100,000 first prize in the inaugural PBA Playoffs will come down to eight players after the final Round of 16 Race to 2 Points matches between No. 3 seed Norm Duke and No. 14 Dom Barrett, and No. 6 Sean Rash and No. 11 Kyle Sherman, air on FS1 Monday at 9 p.m. ET from Bayside Bowl.

The winners of Monday’s matches will join No. 1 Jason Belmonte, No. 9 Kris Prather, No. 4 Anthony Simonsen, No. 21 Andres Gomez, No. 7 Bill O’Neill and No. 15 Wes Malott who have already earned berths in the Round of 8 after winning their Round of 16 matches on FS1 telecasts over the past three weeks.

The PBA Playoffs champion will be determined Saturday and Sunday, June 1-2, when the final four return to Bayside Bowl for the live FOX semifinal and championship matches.

Earlier in the 2019 Go Bowling! PBA Tour season, the 55-year-old Duke became the oldest player to win back-to-back PBA Tour titles when he won the Go Bowling! Indianapolis and Jonesboro Opens for his 39th and 40th titles. Barrett, a seven-time tour winner, has had a best finish of fourth this season which came in the PBA Oklahoma Open.        

Rash won his 13th PBA Tour title earlier this year when he teamed with Matt Ogle to win the PBA Mark Roth-Marshall Holman Doubles Championship, while Sherman has two runner-up finishes that include the PBA Cheetah Championship and the Roth-Holman Doubles Championship with partner Brad Miller.
