BOWLING HIGHLIGHTS COLUMN

Agapito Scores Two More 300's
 
  When your hot your hot and the bowling God's truly have been riding the shoulder of  24-year-old Monticello bowler Pedro Agapito III.
  Riding the 300 and 800 bandwagon that started on   on September 27 in the  Kiamesha Lanes Friday Mixed league  he pounded the maples for 12 strikes in a row for his 29th 300 game and his 28th 800 plus series. 
  Continuing to roll a strong strike ball he scored his 30th 300 game on Monday September 30 in the Monday Men's league at Kiamesha Lanes. 
  Then on October 14 on lanes 7-8 in the Kiamesha Lanes Tuesday Mixed Fireman league he rolled games of 279, 244, 278 for his 29th 800 plus series an 801.
  Returning back to the 300 march on October 18 he recorded a 300, 206, 204 or a 710 on lanes 9-10 in the Kiamesha Lanes Friday Mixed league.
 Another 300 and 800 series  was put in the books on October 21 with scores of 248, 255, 300, 803 on lanes 13-14 in the Kiamesha Lanes Monday Men's league. 
  Pedro likes his  900 Global Ordance Pearl bowling ball which he has used in his recent scoring.
    Bowling for some 15 years, Pedro bowls four nights a week, Monday Men's and Friday Mixed at Kiamesha, Wednesday at Port Jervis Bowl and Thursday at Chester.
  His current average for all leagues is 209 at Port Jervis Bowl, 244 at Colonial Lanes in Chester and 249 and 250 at Kiamesha Lanes. 
  Engaged to Angela Scott, the couple expect a baby due in November.
  Pedro is employed by Rolling V Bus and Sureway Taxi.
 
 

 
 Monticello league bowler Pedro Agapito III has been on a roll lately recording two 300's and two 800 plus series.
