Rumble Ponies Announce Mustang Giveaway
BINGHAMTON, NY
– To celebrate their inaugural season in style, the Binghamton Rumble
Ponies will be giving away a fully-restored 1965 Ford Mustang courtesy
of Excite Motorsports, a used auto dealer specializing in high-quality
sports cars and classics. Ponies fans are invited to participate in the
Excite Motorsports Launch-a-Ball contest after nearly every home game
this season. One lucky winner will drive off with a one-of-a-kind Rumble
Ponies branded Mustang on August 30."The Ford Mustang is the original Pony Car", said Rumble Ponies owner John Hughes. "What better way to say thank you to our fans than to partner with Excite Motorsports for a giveaway of this iconic car. It will be a FUNN time all season and especially Labor Day weekend when we see a Rumble Pony fan drove it off."
With the exception of fireworks nights, fans cans purchase balls for the postgame contest on the concourse at NYSEG Stadium. Following the Rumble Ponies game, participants can take their best shot at threading a ball into the open window of an Excite Motorsports car as it drives on the warning track. Up to four winners per night that successfully get a ball inside the car will be invited back for the grand finale of the contest on August 30.
A portion of the proceeds from the contest will be contributed to the Broome County Humane Society.
