JULY 11, 2017 (BETHEL, NY) –Bethel Woods Center for the Arts is proud to announce the addition of Peace, Love & Food Trucks to its festival umbrella. Together in partnership with Townsquare Media Hudson Valley, the inaugural event will take place on Saturday, August 19 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., located at the Harvest Festival field on the lower campus.
Peace, Love & Food Trucks will offer a delicious way to spend an afternoon with the family, including a wide variety of food trucks to satisfy anyone’s palette, as well as live music, craft beer, and additional farm and craft vendors. Admission is $5.00 and children 12 and under are free. Tickets are on sale now at www.BethelWoodsCenter.org.
Darlene Fedun, Chief Executive at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts explains, “Adding a food truck festival to our programming has been on our wish list for a few years now, and partnering with Townsquare makes it that much sweeter. Combining Peace, Love & Food Trucks during the day and Goo Goo Dolls with Phillip Phillips that evening, makes for a perfect summer day at Bethel Woods, and we look forward to our partnership with Townsquare.”
Anthony Verano, Live Events Manager at Townsquare Media Hudson Valley adds, “We are really excited about partnering with Bethel Woods for this amazing event. By combining the power of our radio stations and live events division along with the beautiful Bethel Woods and their amazing events team, we are able to put together a great local event that will offer an exceptional experience for anyone attending.”

As part of Bethel Woods continued commitment to public safety, a new Bag Policy has been put into effect which encourages guests to travel light. The clear bag policy will be in effect for Peace, Love & Food Trucks and all bags may be subject to an extended security search.
