Alzheimer's Association Benefit Game

Charlie's Angels short stop Shannon Dietrich gets set to slam an inside the park home run which contributed to the Angels defeating the Thunder 102 Country All Stars 29-15 Monday night August 30 at the Edward M. Collins Memorial Park in Mongaup Valley.

The championship Charlie's Angels Women's softball team defeated the Thunder 102 Country All Stars Monday night August 30 by a score of 29-15. The game was a benefit for the Alzheimer's Association.

There were some competitive juices flowing Monday night August 30 at the Edward M. Collins Memorial Park in Mongaup Valley but the final score between the Thunder 102 Country All Stars and the 2010 Sullivan County Women's Softball League and Playoff Champions Charlie's Angels was overshadowed by this important benefit game that raised over $1,255 for the Alzheimer's Association. The Angels team themselves raised $1,005.50 for this event.
