The 2019 Dutchess Fair SporkRun – “You De-Side”
The Dutchess County Agricultural Society, Inc. is pleased to welcome back Rhinebeck Bank as their Partner in the popular “SporkRun” contest at the 2019 Dutchess County Fair, which will be held between August 20th – 25th. The 2019 SporkRun is celebrating the year of the sides – “You De-Side”. Food concessionaires will dream up and then cook up side dishes for judging on Opening Day by a panel of Spudges (SporkRun Judges) and for competition throughout the week by guests casting their votes on the Dutchess Fair App.
This year’s entries include KB Fries’ “Buffalo Blue Fries”- fresh cut fries covered with buffalo sauce & blue cheese. Sherri’s Crab Cakes, a new concession to join the Fair, is entering their Crab Mac & Cheese – flavorful lump crab meat blended with creamy white cheddar and pasta then finished with their signature spices. Entries will be posted throughout the summer on Facebook, at DutchessFair.com and is always available on the Dutchess Fair app for the Fair!

The 174th Dutchess County Fair runs August 20th - 25th in Rhinebeck, New York. Advance tickets are available through the website, DutchessFair.com and starting in July at local grocers and other retail establishments.
