SWB RailRiders offering Spring Training trip contest on Twitter
Fans given opportunity to win trip to Tampa for Yankees-Red Sox game with watch and retweet contest

MOOSIC, PA (February 19, 2019) – The Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders have announced a new Twitter-based contest for a chance to win a trip to Spring Training.  The RailRiders, Triple-A affiliate of the New York Yankees, have posted a new commemorative promotional video on Twitter.  In honor of the team’s 30th Anniversary Season celebration, if this video hits 30,000 views or more, the RaiRiders will pick one lucky fan to win airfare and tickets to an upcoming New York Yankees Spring Training game at George M. Steinbrenner Field in Tampa next month.

The video highlights some great memories from the last 30 years in Northeast Pennsylvania, thanks in large part to friends at WNEP-TV.

Should this video hit 30,000 views by noon on February 23, one fan at random will be selected from all the retweets to win the Spring Training trip.  The trip includes two tickets to the Yankees Spring Training game against the Boston Red Sox on Friday, March 15, at 1:05 P.M. as well as airfare and hotel accommodations.

Some restrictions apply and there is no substitution or cash value for this prize.

Season tickets, partials and mini-plans for the 2019 campaign are on sales now and single-game tickets go on sale on swbrailriders.com this Friday.  The RailRiders open the season in Buffalo on April 4 before returning home to open PNC Field for the year on April 11.
