How Not To Catch A Mouse

All of us from time to time have a problem with a mouse (and I'm not talking about the one connected to my computer).
In fact the mouse or mice that I have been doing battle with apparently are drug addicts and love to steal mouse traps.
Now please don't misunderstand what I'm saying here.......we don't have mice all over the house.....only in the master bathroom in the three drawers that separate our double sinks.
There is a hole where the sink drain goes that is tucked under one of the sinks and the hole is very difficult to get at. Even though I have attempted to fill the hole up with that foam stuff and stuffed steel wool in the part of the hole I can just barely reach.....the mice somehow get up through the hole and love to eat sinus tablets, cold tablets and pills of any kind in the drawers and of course they leave their little black left behinds to let us know they have been visited us and that they are feeling much better after eating our cold and sinus tablets.
What's the best attack plan here? You can always try the standard mouse trap, or the modern style traps where you don't have to touch the dead mouse and of course there is always these modern electronic gadgets that create an invisible pest-repelling force field that chase rodents and insects away.
Been there and done that and have tried all three. Even put that electronic one right down on the floor some 10 inches away from the hole they use......I think they liked the blinking lights and all and must have through they were in a disco after having a few of my sinus pills.....that didn't work.
I've also had a mouse steal one of those regular mouse traps...you know the one you put the peanut butter on and has the strong snapper that nails those rodents when then even smell the peanut butter.....and just recently I purchased two modern mouse traps where you don't have to peel the mouse off the trap.....you guessed it......the mice took them probably back home to teach the young-ins "surviving the mouse trap" lesson one.
Keep tuned in to see who will win this battle......might try some of that "Mouse Away Spray" or maybe even sell the house and move south where I'm sure I will be able to find some other critters to do battle with.
