MOTHER'S DAY AT PNC

Diamond Dig Highlights Mother’s Day at PNC Field
Moms to Receive Pampering at PNC Field

Moosic, Pa. – The SWB RailRiders (Triple-A/New York Yankees) will say “thank you” to all moms in attendance when they host the Lehigh Valley Ironpigs on Mother’s Day, May 8, this year. The Sunday home game at PNC Field is set to begin at 1:05 p.m.

All moms are invited for a postgame run around the bases and to participate in the Diamond Dig, sponsored by Studio M Designs in Kingston. During the Dig, moms will search the warning track for the hidden treasure.

The festivities begin with the first 1,000 moms receiving a stemless wine glass, presented by the Scranton Times, upon entering the gates of PNC Field followed by a pregame brunch. As part of the pregame brunch, moms will receive a ticket to the Kost Pavilion, be eligible to win raffled prizes during each inning and partake in free massages and manicures as part of “Pamper in the Park,” presented by Gildan. The pregame brunch menu includes scrambled eggs, home fries, breakfast sausage, hot dogs and soda for $25 per person.

Proud sons and daughters will also have the opportunity to wish their moms a happy Mother’s Day on the video board by participating in the pregame brunch.

SWB opens a series against the Buffalo Bisons (Toronto Blue Jays) on Monday night at PNC Field. The 6:35 p.m. first pitch features “$1 Mondays” at the park. For tickets or more information, please call 570-969-BALL (2255) or visit swbrailriders.com.
